Rizin FF 14 is available to stream on Fite.tv beginning on Dec. 31 at 1 a.m. ET. However, the special boxing exhibition between Floyd Mayweather and Tenshin Nasukawa will not be available for customers in in the U.S., Canada, Mexico or Japan.
All customers who purchase the event, regardless of region, will also be able to view a tape-delayed replay of Rizin Heisei’s Last Yarennoka! beginning Dec. 31 at 9 a.m. ET.
Rizin FF 14’s MMA headliner features Bellator bantamweight champion Darrion Caldwell (13-1 MMA, 10-1 BMMA) traveling overseas to face former UFC title challenger and current Rizin champ Kyoji Horiguchi (25-2) for the Japanese promotion’s championship.

Former UFC flyweights find mixed results
Japanese veteran Yuki Motoya (23-5) spoiled the post-UFC debut of nine-time octagon veteran Justin Scoggins (11-6) with a rarely seen submission. After some interesting exchanges on the feet to open the contest, Scoggins elected to take the fight to the floor. Unfortunately, it would be his undoing.
Motoya was able to work in a tight-looking triangle choke while working from his back. Scoggins defended well, but Motoya released the figure-four and went to the scissors attack, locking his hands up top and squeezing for the tap via teepee choke.
In early preliminary action, Ulka Sasaki (22-6-2) proved victorious in his first bout since ending a nine-fight run in the UFC, picking up a hard-fought decision win over brash showman Manel Kape (12-4).
While the action was back-and-forth on the feet, Sasaki was able to control the positioning on the floor throughout the contest. The Japanese product gave himself opportunities to end the fight via submission on a handful of opportunities, but Kape gutted through the attempts to survive until the final bell, though the judges were able to award a clearcut decision nod.
